Mira Vie At Forsegate

Mira Vie At Foresgate was the fifth location where I played. This was the first performance where I arrived late, and I felt pretty guilty about it. I arrived at around 2:05, and I saw the audience, bored out of their mind, just waiting for me to play. Although the crowd was small, I still wanted to make their performance memorable for them. When I started playing, I noticed that something was off about my performance, as I was making some obvious mistakes. So many times during the performance, I had to make up some of the rhythm so that I can trick the audience into believing that I hadn't messed up.

The performance was ordinary for the most part, but what stood out is the audience's reaction. After my performance, I received many compliments from the audience, but some of them wanted to have a short conversation with me. One of the women in the audience told me a story about how her husband was a professional violinist and that I resembled him in a way. However, she doubled down on her positive message by saying that I have so much potential and that she wishes the best for me in the future. I remember leaving Mira Vie At Foresgate with a strong feeling of pride of what I have accomplished so far in this long journey.
